Greenhouse Home

The new location is such a disappointment. Older reviews don't reflect the new location. This use to be my hands down favorite store in Whatcom County & over time they have downsized several times & lost the charm & the reason that brought me back time & time. Now, it appears they want to be design studio but haven't even been greeted when going into the new location. Such a disappointment. Design study/registry business is high service and they have not demonstrated that in the new location.

Meagan helped me find the perfect table and bed for our recently purchased dream house. I started looking in October, before we closed on the house. I stopped by the store and exchanging many emails with Meagan. She always responded promptly and was patient while I worked through indecision and budget concerns. After six months, the pieces we ended with feel just right for our space. Delivery was fantastic as well. I am excited to continue working with Meagan to continue to furnish our home.

Bre and the entire team at Greenhouse have been amazing. They provided design services, purchasing and installation for the entire home on a new build modern farm house. Everything came out looking wonderful. Any issues on the orders, which happens when you’re ordering an entire home of furniture, were addressed and taken care of. Great local Bellingham place to get home furnishings, patio set ups and even our ping pong table!

Cool kitchen and home decor place in downtown Bellingham. There are some real nice furniture pieces, especially dining tables and chairs. The staff is very attentive. They also do some decor ordering. It's a very clean and modern store!

I ordered a dining table in mid-July, which they then emailed me a week later saying it would be delivered the first week of August. It was never delivered. I emailed back and never got a response, so I finally called the store. The woman was rude and said it had shipped out last week. She finally said she would call me back with a tracking number. Never called me back. I called again, she was once again rude and didn’t have a tracking number. After a week I decided to dispute the charge on my card since they weren’t willing to help me find out where my table was. I got a call a week later from a trucking company that they had my table…. Not only did they show up way outside the delivery window I was given, you can see the photo of how it arrived. The boxes surrounding it were full of trash, they left the wood pallet and everything. I was left to get a 150 pound dining table out of the box and up a flight of stairs by myself lol. I saw the same table at another store for more money, and I deeply regret not spending more money on the table to avoid this hassle. I wouldn’t recommend ordering large furniture from this store, and considering they were very rude on the phone I’m not su
